Former Big Brother Naija housemates Mide Iwasokun, Kola Omotosho and Vee Adeyele have joined the cast of Funke Akindele’s upcoming movie, The Four: No One Fights Alone.
Mide and Kola both appeared on BBNaija Season 10, while Vee competed in the fifth season of the reality show. Their inclusion adds a strong reality-TV connection to Akindele’s latest cinema project.
Akindele unveiled the cast ahead of the film’s cinema release on December 11, 2026. The announcement also featured prominent Nollywood names, including Bisola Aiyeola, Chioma Akpotha, Richard Mofe-Damijo, Timini Egbuson, Lateef Adedimeji, Ali Nuhu, Uzor Arukwe, Ronke Oshodi Oke, Antar Laniyan and Wunmi Toriola.
First Nigerian learnt musicians Waje and Shoday also feature in the film alongside Samuel Banks and other cast members.
According to reports, The Four follows Esosa and three women who come together to protect the future of a young man they love. The story explores friendship, motherhood, loyalty and sacrifice while moving between Odu Community and the city.
Akindele wrote, directed and produced the movie through Funke Akindele Network, while FilmOne Entertainment will distribute it in cinemas.
Speaking about the project, Akindele said, “With The Four, we are exploring the relationships that shape us, challenge us and stay with us.”
She added that the film would connect with audiences through its characters and story.
For the former BBNaija stars, The Four marks another step into Nigeria’s entertainment industry after their appearances on the reality show. Mide, Kola and Vee now join an ensemble featuring some of Nollywood’s established actors.
The Four: No One Fights Alone will open in cinemas worldwide on December 11, 2026.
