BBNaija Season 11 housemates Barry and Sheba won the Supa Komando task after beating their rivals in the final rounds of the competition.
The task separated the housemates into male and female categories, with Barry facing Chimsom Chuka and Sheba taking on Flora in the deciding contests.
Before the results, the official Big Brother Naija page asked viewers: “Who will be crowned Supa Komando Man and Woman?” The question set up the final battles between the four housemates.
Barry eventually defeated Chimsom Chuka to claim the men’s title, while Sheba overcame Flora in the women’s contest. The official BBNaija account later congratulated the two winners as the “Ultimate Supa Komando Man and Woman, Barry and Sheba.”
The challenge tested the contestants through physical activities requiring strength, coordination and speed. The Sun reported that the housemates also had to work effectively while dealing with pressure during the competition.
For Barry, the victory adds another task success to his BBNaija S11 campaign after he entered the house as one of 24 contestants competing for the season’s main prize.
Sheba also entered the Supa Komando contest with an earlier task victory behind her. She won the Week 2 Head of House challenge on August 3, beating the other housemates in a three-stage Arena Games challenge.
The Supa Komando task carried rewards for its winners, but the report announcing Barry and Sheba’s victory does not state the exact cash amount or items they received.
The result leaves Chimsom Chuka and Flora as the finalists who finished behind Barry and Sheba in their respective categories.
Barry’s victory also gives viewers another result to follow as the 24-housemate competition continues. BBNaija S11 began on July 26, with the eventual winner set to receive ₦100 million in cash and an SUV from the ₦160 million prize package.
