Bovi Ugboma will bring Guilty as Charged to the Eko Convention Centre in Lagos on October 11. First Nigerian learnt the performance will close his 2026 world tour after the Nigerian leg begins in Benin City on October 1.
The comedian launched the tour at Indigo at The O2 in London during Easter before taking it to Canada. He performed in six Canadian cities, including Toronto, Calgary and Edmonton.
All six Canadian shows sold out. The London performance at Indigo at The O2 also sold out.
Bovi will open the Nigerian leg at Cathelea Convention & Events in Benin City on October 1. The performance will come 10 days before the Lagos finale.
The Lagos event will introduce reserved seating for Bovi’s show. According to THISDAY Style, buyers will receive designated seats and can select their preferred seats during checkout.
Junior Prefect lists tickets for both Nigerian performances on its platform. The ticketing platform lists the Benin City date for October 1 and the Lagos date for October 11.
Bovi has worked across stand-up comedy, television and film for almost two decades. His previous productions include Bovi: Man on Fire and Naughty by Nature.
He has also taken his comedy productions to international audiences. Man on Fire featured performances in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Ukraine, Canada and Russia.
Bovi’s live work has included material about relationships, society, popular culture and everyday experiences. Guilty as Charged continues his stand-up work after the international dates.
