Big Brother Naija Season 11 will premiere on Sunday, July 26, 2026, with the winner set to receive a ₦160 million grand prize.
MultiChoice Nigeria announced the return of the reality show during a press briefing on Wednesday, confirming the premiere date, prize money and details of the audition process.
The new prize amount becomes the highest announced reward for a BBNaija winner since the show began in 2006.
BBNaija Season 11 Auditions Held In Lagos, Abuja And Enugu
Auditions for BBNaija Season 11 took place from May 22 to 24, 2026, in Lagos, Abuja and Enugu.
The organisers opened the auditions to Nigerians aged 21 years and above with valid means of identification.
MultiChoice Nigeria said the audition process was free for all eligible applicants.
Season 11 Winner To Receive ₦160 Million Prize
The winner of BBNaija Season 11 will receive ₦160 million, making it the biggest prize package in the history of the reality show.
The new reward exceeds the ₦150 million package awarded during the 2025 edition.
Opeyemi Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, won the 2025 season after defeating 28 other housemates at the grand finale held on October 5, 2025.
Imisi received ₦80 million in cash and a brand-new SUV as part of the prize package.
Season 11 Follows 2025 Winner Imisi’s Victory
The upcoming season follows the conclusion of BBNaija Season 10, where Imisi emerged as the winner.
She secured victory after competing against 28 other housemates during the 2025 edition.
The grand finale marked the end of the previous season before organisers began preparations for the new edition.
Housemates Yet To Be Announced
MultiChoice Nigeria has not released the names of the contestants who will feature in BBNaija Season 11.
The new housemates will compete in the reality show after the July 26 launch.
The programme will feature weekly tasks, nominations and evictions as contestants compete for the ₦160 million grand prize.
