Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde visited former President Olusegun Obasanjo in Abeokuta, Ogun State, on Sunday alongside former Osun State Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola and former Ekiti State Governor Kayode Fayemi.
The group met Obasanjo at his residence inside the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library. Makinde said they discussed national issues ahead of the 2027 general election and appreciated Obasanjo for his advice.
Makinde shared photographs of the meeting on X, including one showing him playing a local game during the visit.
The governor did not give further details about the issues discussed or disclose whether the meeting produced any political agreement.
